Real Estate Masters, LTD opened June 1st, 1992 by two highly established and experienced brokers that worked with some of the largest names in the industry.  They built a company that was founded on the principles of "Agent First".  This philosophy has proven successful, even more so, now, as the market becomes even more aggressive. Our mission is to support our clients with the highest degree of integrity, honesty and pride.  Our agents are highly experienced and undergo ongoing training to stay current in today's changing market. From traditional residential or commercial sales to short sales or foreclosures our team can can get the job done.

The current management team, which purchased the company in April 2009, has a combined lifetime experience in residential and commercial real estate of over 40 years and has outstanding experience in construction, residential and commercial development and property management.  In November 2010 Real Estate Masters, LTD proceeded with an asset buyout of a large national brand franchise office in the Duluth, MN/Superior, WI market.   By 2012, Real Estate Masters, LTD opened an additional twelve satellite offices.  In addition, over this time, the company created several strategic partnerships that have proven to deliver best in classs results in terms of lead capture and listing syndication.  Real Estate Masters, LTD has dedicated itself to providing it's agents and clients the very latest in technology and service. In December 2012 Real Estate Masters, LTD launched its latest company website that it scalable to a national level providing the latest and best in class technology on the market.

The current President, Timothy Krey, is a University of St. Thomas graduate.  Tim began his real estate career in construction and became exposed to a wide variety of real estate experiences.  In the 1980's and 1990's Tim worked with Coldwell Banker Burnet and later became the President of Tenant Scan Inc. (TSI) and Minnesota Management and Real Estate Services (MMRES).   By 2000, Tim also worked within the financial services arena with First Data Corporation, a global financial services company.  Tim has worked in partnership with multiple fortune 500 companies supporting some of the nations largest banks including Wells Fargo, Chase, SunTrust, Hancock Bank, Associated Bank and many others across the country.  Over the last 10 years, Tim has been an Regional Account Executive, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales and Sales Training Director.  Tim's passion is in building and growing sales teams and is very excited about being part of a new era in real estate.
